Check out my Powerpoint!
So I was truly BORED OUT OF MY MIND, so I thought, “Why not put my mind to good use?” I created a “How To Have Style” guide for teens. Trust me, it is a rough copy, and still a work in progress. I hope to continue adding to it. Tell me what ya think of it!!
I love Stardoll.com
Some people say that it is childish that I am on a site for younger fashion lovers, but it’s too much fun for me to quit. So yeah.
You create your own “avatar” I guess is what they call them these days, and you can “buy” tons of designer-inspired clothing for them. Here are a few looks I put together.
Who inspires you…?
After being inspired by Andy, I noticed that she had an illustration done of her by an artist named Nicole Jarecz. Here are some of Nicole’s works:

Who inspires you…?
As my sense of fashion becomes more developed, I would like to thank people who have inspired me. And the first person on my list would be Andy Torres. She is, “a Mexican fashion junkie living in Holland completely obsessed with moving to PARIS, [and] trying to make [her] way up into the European fashion Industry.” Photographs of Andy really speak to me. They way she puts fashion pieces together just makes me more envious of her. Here are some clippings of Andy.

Designer of the Day: Gabrielle “Coco” Chanel
She was such an inspirational women. In 1913, she opened her first boutique in Paris. Madame Chanel revolutionizied and democratized women’s fashion, introducing us to the tailored suit, fitted skirts, the LBD, and quilted handbags. The women was a genius!
“In order to be irreplaceable, one must always be different.”

The velvet emerald is fantastic!
Fashion
The say that style is who you are and what you want to say. I couldn’t agree more! Gabrielle “Coco” Chanel once said, that “to be irreplaceable, one must always be different.” Enough said. My style and wardrobe range on all sides of the style spectrum. I shop and J.Crew, filling my more sophiscticated needs, and Vineyard Vines for the preppy side in me. Then there is Barney’s CO-OP, for unique pieces with a bit of a twist. Also, I love love love New York Vintage, for those old time classics, like my Mossimo Sweater, or my Chanel Velvet Coin Purse. I love adding funky statement pieces, too, like scarves or chunky necklaces. And bangles are always a must. Well, I can’t think of what else to write at the moment, but I am sure that I will be continuously adding to this post. Thanks.
Much Love,
Lauren
